Don't believe any engine number ever started with only a 2 digit number. Should be like 1010?

Hello K modellers and old sportster nuts - I'm saying this machine is a clone - not a bad scooter all the same. Big red flag on engine number and who would put a sticker on the handles bars made by a 3rd grader. If it were genuine, you would imagine the seller would do everything possible to prove identity - close up if engine number, belly numbers etc. Has this machine been for sale before? I reckon I've seen it for sale somewhere about 12 months ago. Cheers Hayley
