Howdy sporty freaks!

Over on Facebook, we've gotten a pretty solid group together called the Ironhead Sportster Garage.

Being mostly riders, we've challenged the AMCA to a ride-off on National Ride to Work Day.

Choose your side, but RIDE!

And those of us who cooked this up ARE AMCA members. We just want to beat them cause we are scrappy and like 4:1 challenges and want to show ironheads are perfectly capable bikes.

Enjoy.

Maybe ask the Ironhead Sportster Garage why they blocked me? I was given no explanation. Guess my crew and I will be riding for the AMCA...

I sent a message to the IHSG moderators . . . I was wondering why you disappeared. I have nothing to do with their decisions . . .I'm just trying to get more people out riding like yourself. No sense spending so much time on these machines for them sit around.

it is RIDE TO WORK DAY.

Get your sporty or K out and use it as intended -- as transportation for every day life (well, and fun too).

If you're not a member of the IHSG, then please post your pic and mileage over on the AMCA website. I started a thread in the parking lot section and the sportster section. http://www.antiquemotorcycle.org/bboard ... s-the-AMCA

If you're not a member of the AMCA -- why not? Consider joining -- the club is more than you might expect.

Anyways, let's show the world that old K models and sporty's make fine riding companions.
