Newish guy-blue KHRM

Postby 44UL » Sat Oct 24, 2020 10:56 am

Hello,
I am kind of new, I actually joined (i think?!) 5 years ago when i was trying to find out more about the blue original paint ‘55 KHRM i had found, but not sure what that login was and i try to avoid the internet as much as possible these days. BUT in the past year i have been going Kmodel crazy. I first bought a ‘62 KR, then a ‘56 KH, ‘56 KHK, and a ‘53 K that is loaded with lots of KR engine parts.
I am a big Harley flathead fan and have been Building and riding UL’s for probably 10 years and building and racing 45’s as well. I’m finishing a WR and about to start assembling a ‘38 EL along with all the Tinkering on the K’s.
Anyway, thanks in advance for any help!
-Grant

So sorry about the sideways photos...so annoying! I’ve been trying for 30 minutes to post some and between the secret word each time and having to keep logging in i am regretting my decision already

This is increasingly VERY frustrating...I’ve probably been rejected close to 20 times now...

There is a little check box that says log me in automatically each visit. I have found that if I first go to the very bottom and click the clear all board cookies link, confirm and then sign in again and click that little box I have better luck.
NONE of these stands out. You have to scan and find them on their respective screens.
This is a really great site, with great folks and a forum that is, sadly, not very well set up for its intended purpose.

Don’t use a capital letter in the test words either.

Nice RM.

Thanks Tim! I have been struggling for the last hour now...
This is the KHRM i found 6 years ago, but regrettably didn’t buy. Huge mistake now...

Hey Patrick! Yes that’s the bike i found and the photos i took at the time...i have had a lot of knuckleheads, even 1936’s and I don’t regret selling them but i regret not knowing more about the KHRM at the time and would love to own it...but i think it’s in a permanent collection now.
