Heartily agree about no size reference. At first I thought the spring was wet clutch spring that got tossed in the box by mistake. I find it is good to take hundreds of pictures, as well as segregating parts with baggies and different boxes. It was great that the OP did have a box, so that he can tell he has these extra.
I agree the spring could be the one inside the gearcase breather, that pushes against the generator oil spinner. It might also be from a pushrod cover. Like was said-- put something in the pic for reference, a scale or ruler or coin. Or a pushrod cover.
The washer looks like the counter-shaft first gear washer.

Has the OP checked endplay? Depending on the size, there is also a resemblance to the dry clutch basket thrust washer or backing washer, but I suspect the OP has not torn apart the clutch basket.
