Most carburetors fall in the 1 to 4 turns towards rich setting. I don't know on that particular one but 2 might be a good start. If it will idle richen it up slowly until the rpms stop rising than slowly go back in the lean direction until rpm drops by 50. With a pumper carb this should be right on. Without a pumper might want to go back and richen slowly until the 50 rpm picks back up than stop.
