I had a great time at the meet, and sold a huge amount of big bulky stuff. The profit aspect was nice, it paid for the rental Jeep Cherokee and gas and and the space and still had gobs of money left over. Better than the money were the great people. I got to meet Zaemo in person, as well as Mike (left), aka MagnetoSportster, if I remember right. There was also a great guy named Gene (right) down from Travers CIty MI to show his 1953 KR at the show.

Here is Gene's 1953 KR. He talked about getting half-a-point dinged becasue the rear hub zerk fitting is supposed to be 180-degrees from the tire valve. I hate to tell the judges, but the factory guys were too drunk and lazy to sweat details like this. If I ever show my 1977, do I have to leave the little MIG wire stubs hanging from the welds because it came from the factory that way?
