-------- eraser.com -------- good source for fiberglass bristle brushes. Used mainly in the electronics industry, circuit board work. They work great for rust removal, especially on those tough to get out blemishes on hardware, bolt heads, washers etc. They may seem a little pricey, you can't beat it for the visual detail results .

They offer quite a variety of fiberglass brushes ranging from the metal bodied style to the plastic covered brushes in 1/4", 5/8" and 1" diameter, not to mention long and short variants, and all of the foregoing in both coarse and fine grades. That said, which ones have you purchased and which are your favorites? Thanks.

I have the 1/4" metal bodied one, which is pretty much expended now. I'm going to look for replacement bristles at the local electronics store, but they can be found at art supply stores also, termed 'scratch brushes'.
The small brushes are great for detail work. The large brushes could be good for sheet metal, frames and larger pieces, but I haven't used them.

I'm not trying beat you or the subject to death, but interested as to whether you have the fine (pictured as red body on the site) or coarse (pictured as blue bodied on the site). I see they have both fine and coarse replacement brushes on the site but only available as 25 packs for $105 which I suspect would be several lifetime supplies. :)
