$2500.00 takes it all let me know quick if you want it.
For Sale 1953 K Model Rolling chassis and basket case. Matching belly numbers. Transmission and Cams are good, a ton of parts, nearly everything. Needs a timer, wiring, new pistons and bearings. All though there are some rod bearing cages and roller bearings. Cam cover is not the correct one for a 53 K Model, but it what I have. $2500.00takes it all. May consider parting it out. I have more pictures of all of the parts but I can only post 3 pics. Let me know if you want more pics, thanks

The tappets shown are flat (not roller) for WR.
Can you show the cam lobes?
Do you have the correct tappets?

I do not have tappets, it is one of the things it needs. There are some parts in the pics that are not K Model stuff, but I am trying to give a good representation of what parts I have. The Cam Lobes do have some discoloration and wear. If you drag your fingernail on the spots you can feel the area but it doesnt snag the nail, if that helps. Here are some more pics. Let me know if you want a different angle.

I also have these 3 cams, unfortunately I dont have the 4th. THey cleanup pretty good with steel wool.

If this is the same bike as the one on FB I believe the cams are KK/KHK - you would need to show the numbers on the lobes. The flat lobe ones together with the tappets could be from the flat tappet kit that was available for K models, as the #2 drive gear doesn't look W to me? Neat!

The flat tappets for K differ from those used in 45s as they do not have an angle ground in them and are not position specific like WR type. I remember the old dealer around here complaining about flat tappets in early KRM models. They quickly changed them to rollers.
