I have one, new in the box, that was purchased for a project, no longer need as found an original. From the looks of it, they are a good looking repop. I'm not sure how they mount up as I didn't get that far. $200 + shipping, if you want it.
Thanks, Mike

I bought one a few years back and I would say they’re descent. Mine looks exactly like the one in the ad. If you look the joints and welds are not perfect and I tried to fix them up a little with a flapper and went a little too far and then had to re-weld it a little. But it holds gas and has the correct shape, bolts up nicely, and that’s really all I was after.

What did you do about mounting the emblems? I have a 55 and trying to figure a more permanent way that 2 sided tape.

Thanx

That’s all you’re gonna be able to do I would say. I don’t have the 56 badges for mine, so I got some decals from a 60’s sportster to put on mine. I’m pretty sure the stock tanks all have indents and mounts for the correct badges. I know the 59 tank that I have is indented.
