That IS a BIG TWIN Flathead top end = 74 c.i./80 c.i., on a Sportster bottom

I have supplied heads and jugs over time to people with custom 45” W projects. 45” & 55”. Used K cams. The photo posted shows my friend Jonas Wickman’s Capitol “K” with new BigTwin mill built in conjunction with Anders and Co at FlatHead Power Sweden. Based on modern XL cases, the top end is 80” UL but all new and all alloy. Erik
