tapet block for model K

Hello; I own a msel K 1953 in France which is under full restoration. We have to chnge the tapet block but impossible to find them.
Could you help me in that reseach ? I would be so grateful

Not cheap though...you may be better finding a cheap RHS case, as quite often they still have the tappet blocks in them.
