pivot stud srew

Hi Guys ,Iam looking for a pivot stud screw for my front brakes the part number is 4680 and in the spare parts catalog shows it looking like a plain bolt any help is appreciated.

Or- you can use a head bolt , extend the threads and cut it down to 2 1/8”.
